You will need to inform us what damage there is and also let us know the case number of the delivery company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
WARRANTY
Deesio Watch Co. offers a 1-year limited warranty on all watches which covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages that may occur from normal wear and tear and everyday use. The warranty is invalidated if the rear casing has been removed or tampered with in any way.
If you have a warranty claim please visit our Repairs page.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under The Consumer Contracts Regulations you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 3 days after you received the goods, and are also entitled to a 28 day exchange period. Marloe Watch Company, however, offer a 30 day refund and exchange policy on all purchases (from date of receipt). Sale items are included under this policy.
Please see our Returns page for further information.
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. If you simply want to return the watch for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the The National Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow.
